Our Honeycrisp are going strong and look amazing this year! We have picked through three rows and have two rows left, so make sure to come pick some before they are gone!
Gala are still being picked this week and are perfect for all the back to school lunches this week. Ruby Mac and Smoothie are also still being picked.
Tomatoes are still working on ripening. We have some romas that can be found and picked with a bit of searching, but if you were hoping for slicers we recommend waiting about a week for them to ripen.
Watermelons have been flying out of the patch and are almost sold out! We have been blown away by how many of you have enjoyed the watermelon and we just might have to bring it back again next year!
This week our empty space in front of our tomatoes is blooming! It is a Sunflower Stroll! We use the word stroll instead of maze because there are many exits and we just designed it to be a nice leisurely stroll through our Sunflowers. We have really enjoyed planting this and have been super excited to see it bloom and watch people enjoy it!

Ruby Mac and Golden Delicious Smoothie have been added to the Ripe and Ready list! Honeycrisp are still being picked as well as Gala!
Ruby Mac are a sweet/tart apple that are great for eating, apple sauce, and pies. Golden Delicious Smoothie are an early ripening variety of Golden Delicious. Fresh off the tree these apples are sweet are crisp. They are great for eating, apple sauce, and one of our best pie apples.
Tomatoes are Ripe and Ready and are $1 per pound for U-Pick. We have Romas, slicers and some heirlooms too!
Our Watermelons are now Ripe and Ready as well! They are a seedless sweet watermelons and are $4 each. Make sure to grab one before we sell out!

Honeycrisp are Ready!
Our crazy summer weather has made it challenging to predict what our apples will do as far as ripening times this year, and some varieties are popping up soon than expected while others are taking their time. We were pleasantly surprised to check our Honeycrisp apples today and discover that they are RIPE AND READY! Our younger trees are ready so make sure to follow the signs or ask our orchard attendants which row is best! Honeycrisp are a delightfully juicy, sweet apple that is great for eating, and pies.
Galas are also ripe and ready and great for eating, applesauce, and pies. We think they are the perfect size to pack in a school lunch.
Gravensteins are done for the year, but if you missed out and are up for a little hunting, you MIGHT still be able to find a few up in the inside of a tree or two.
Tomatoes and Peppers are both ripe and ready as well for u-pick and are $1 per pound.
