The Ripe And Ready list has had some exciting additions this week! Honeycrisp, and Golden Delicious Smoothie have been added. Honeycrisp always keep us on our toes and this year they are popping up early.
Honeycrisp are a sweet, crunchy, delicious apple. Great for eating and baking. These sell out fast every year, so make sure to come soon for this popular apple.
Smoothies are an early ripening Golden Delicious. They have all the fun qualities of a Golden Delicious. Sweet, crunchy, great for applesauce and pies. They just pop up early so we don’t have to wait until the end of September to start enjoying them.
Tomatoes, Peppers, Zucchini, and Cucumbers are still plentiful and ready to be picked.
Flowers are looking lovely and available for u-pick as well as beautiful bouquets at the stand on weekends.
Pumpkins, Watermelon and Sunflowers should be ready in about two weeks.
