What a season we have had! This year was a record low yield for Apples across the Willamette Valley. As a result, we are having to close early. We love being open until Thanksgiving, but this year that is just not an option. We are down to TWO varieties in the orchard.
Those two varieties still available are Cripps Pink and Granny Smith. You do have to go far down the row, and might need to look up in the tree to find them. Don't feel like you can make the long walk down the rows? Just give us a call or send us a message and we will have a Beilke Box picked and ready for you for pickup.
Our final week of The Largest Apple Contest has a winner! Abby won our final week with a Melrose apple weighing 1.1 pounds. Congratulations to Abby! You have won two free buckets of u-pick apples!
Pumpkins are still available in the Pumpkin Patch until Halloween. We have pink, white, orange, and some blue still available.
Tomatoes are about finished. We do still have some Romas available for u-pick but it will take a little bit of hunting to find them. The farther down the rows you go, the more success you will have.

Pumpkins and Traffic Cones
It is getting spooky in the Apple Orchard! We are heading into Halloween week and we are ready for it. The pumpkin patch has lots of classic carving pumpkins still ready to be found, and some decorative too. Fun fact, the pink and blue decorative pumpkins also cook down perfectly for making pies and other treats.
The Apples are still doing great but we are definitely at the end of the rows for picking. We have orange traffic cones down the rows indicating where the loaded trees can be found. Trees will be empty until you get to those cones. Don't feel like you can make the long walk down the rows? Just gives us a call or send us a message and we will have a Beilke Box picked and ready for you for pickup. We are monitoring the orchard and we expect to sell out of apples sooner than usual. We love being open until Thanksgiving like we are every year, but this will not be happening. We have probably 10-14 days left of the season left and will keep you updated as we go.
Tomatoes are still doing well. Romas especially are still plentiful and easy picking. The Slicers can still be found but will definitively take more hunting to find.
Flowers are still available for u-pick until the first frost. Bouquets will also be available this weekend, Thursday-Sunday. If we have a frost in the next two nights, this will be the last weekend for Bouquets at the stand.

Largest Apple Contest Week #3 Winner
The third week of the Largest Apple Contest has a winner! Kelsey won week #3 with a Golden Delicious Apple weighing in at 1.04 pounds. We are amazed each week at the bigger and bigger apples you all are finding. Congratulations to Kelsey, you won two free buckets of u-pick apples. We start our final week, week #4 today, so make sure to stop in at the Apple stand and have your largest apple weighed to enter week #4. The winner will receive TWO FREE BUCKETS of u-pick apples!
We have Pumpkins waiting to be found in the Pumpkin Patch. All sizes of jack-o-lanterns ready to be picked and carved. We would love to see how you have decorated your homes with our pumpkin assortment this year!
