Updated Monday, Sept 3rd: We've had lots of customers asking, "Did you already run out of Honeycrisp??!" Just wanted to communicate to you all that we have TONS of Honeycrisp this year. We will have them for at least 2+ weeks, likely longer. So don't feel like it might not be worth coming. The trees are loaded this year.

Ruby Mac are a beautiful red apple with a tart/sweet crunch. A favorite for eating and great for applesauce. If you like McIntosh apples, this is the one you want.
Ruby Jon are also a beautiful red apple. These are a medium size. They look like Ruby Mac but they are sweeter. These are excellent for applesauce with a great flavor.
Both Ruby Mac and Ruby Jon are fun to make applesauce with because if you leave some skin on or press it through a Victorio strainer, the applesauce ends up more of a pink color.
Gala are great all-around apple. Excellent for eating and applesauce and good for baking.

Update for this weekend. We will have Gala apples available and u-pick tomatoes still.
We are still waiting on Honeycrisp to ripen more so don’t plan on picking any this weekend. (We do have that one baby tree row open but the apples are still more green than ripe, but if this is your one chance to grab them, then you can get some of those. When that row is done, we will be waiting for the rest to ripen.
We do have a small amount of pre-picked Bartlett pears available $9 per bucket. About 10-11# per bucket. These ripen on your counter. No refrigeration needed to aid ripening.
